French Language Customer Support Specialist | Greece

Location: Greece

What You Will Do

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with product, account, and service-related inquiries
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when required
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting quality standards
  
  
  

Requirements

• Communication skills in French language (C1 level or above)
• Good English communication skills (B2 level or above)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable working with computers and internal systems
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Candidates applying from outside Greece must have the legal right to work in Greece or be eligible for the available relocation support
