As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Subcontractor's Sales Coordinator to strengthen our Technical Department and support the efficient coordination of our global service operations.
About the Role
In this role, you will act as the main point of coordination between our customers and our worldwide network of subcontractors. You will manage technical service requests from initial enquiry through quotation, planning, execution and invoicing, ensuring an excellent customer experience every step of the way. If you enjoy organizing complex operations, communicating with international customers and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical service requests with subcontractors and service partners worldwide
- Prepare quotations and monitor customer enquiries
- Schedule and coordinate service attendance
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding quotations, schedules and service progress
- Coordinate with subcontractors before, during and after service execution
- Ensure timely collection of service reports and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system
- Verify subcontractor invoices and support the invoicing process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new international service partners
- Support the continuous development of SABO Marine Services' global service network
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Service Administration or a similar position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with commercial awareness
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail, initiative and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in the marine, shipping or industrial sector
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages
