Property Manager for Short-Term Rentals – Thessaloniki, Greece

Property management company operating in Thessaloniki is seeking a responsible and dynamic Property Manager to oversee short-term rental apartments (Airbnb and similar platforms).

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of short-term rental properties
• Handling bookings, guest communication, and ongoing support
• Managing guest issues, malfunctions, and requests in real time
• Coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and repairs as needed
• Monitoring guest experience and improving ratings

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management / hospitality – a significant advantage
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong organizational and self-management skills
• Availability to handle urgent matters when needed
• Familiarity with platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, etc. – an advantage
