Your Part in Our Mission
Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding subscriptions, renewals, and service changes, building long-term, trusted relationships
Proactively identify, assess, and coordinate the end-to-end submission of relevant public tenders, ensuring deadlines are met
Process incoming requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct pricing, terms, and service configuration
Manage and grow the existing software and services customer base, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service continuity by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly
Maintain accurate CRM and order records


Who You Are
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail. You are highly structured, excellent at time management, and comfortable taking ownership of processes. You are relationship-driven and motivated by building lasting customer connections that translate into long-term business growth.


What You Bring
Degree in Business Administration or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a sales or account management role
Fluent in Greek and English, spoken and written (additional languages are a plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills
High responsiveness and a strong sense of urgency
Tech-savvy with strong computer skills (MS Office, CRMs, etc.)
Based in or able to commute to Pallini, Athens
Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
