Mid-Level Business Analyst

We are looking for a Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale business and digital transformation projects. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both business and technology teams, translating business needs into clear functional requirements and supporting projects throughout their lifecycle.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), User Stories, Process Flows, Test Scenarios, and User Manuals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test preparation, execution, and issue validation.
• Participate in project planning, requirement workshops, and solution discussions.
• Monitor requirement changes and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work across multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis processes and documentation standards.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Previous experience within the banking or financial services sector will be considered a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience producing business analysis documentation such as BRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, and functional specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
