Your main purpose
Analyze, produce, and maintain Monthly Compensation & Benefits (C&B) reports and Budget scenarios.
Ensure functionality, data integrity, and accuracy of Compensation & Benefits data.
Maintain and improve the current MS Excel database structure and Budgeting model.
Contribute to the monthly financial closing process and support C&B planning activities.
Support the Tagetik implementation, model blueprint creation, and system transition process.
Participate in cross-functional projects and provide ad-hoc Compensation & Benefits analysis across all functions.
What will you bring?
University degree in Finance or Economics backed by an MSc in Finance.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Finance, Business Analysis, or Data Analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivot and Power Query; Power BI background is considered an asset.
Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and communication skills, with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of Entersoft or other ERP systems and experience working with financial data and reporting tools is considered an asset.
Team spirit, ability to coordinate activities across the Group, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and fluency in both English and Greek.
