Support delivery of Service Points programs and activities related to customer order processing, shipping, and returns in line with business plans and processes, Group guidelines and policies.

Job Purpose
Support delivery of Service Points programs and activities related to customer order processing, shipping, and returns in line with business plans and processes, Group guidelines and policies.
Key Tasks
- Under limited supervision, assist walk-in customers in service points for pick-up or hand-in of shipments
- Conduct activities related to sales, service and customer satisfaction
- Gather relevant information to respond to customer inquiries related to organizational products/ services
- Process data and generate routine reports as required
- Follow and achieve compliance with day-to-day organizational procedures and processes within service point
- Vocational / Technical education or relevant certification
- Excellent command of English Language (written and spoken)
- Experience with MS Office and computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
