Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the QC department
  • Maintain, organize, and update QC records and documentation
  • Handle filing systems (digital and physical) ensuring proper traceability
  • Input and manage data in spreadsheets and quality systems
  • Coordinate communication between QC and other departments
  • Support audit preparation by retrieving required documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of all quality-related records

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in QC/ QA/production environment is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a team
  • Good data entry and computer skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Fluency in English and fully computer literate
  • Drivers licence and mean of transportation
  • Military obligations fulfilled for male applicants
