What You’ll Be Doing:

• Promotion of commercial programs and services and sell products through outbound and inbound telephone communication.
• Handle customer leads and recommendations coming from retail points.
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions and product recommendations.
• Accurately record customer interactions and follow required procedures using internal systems.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience
• Fluent in Maltese
• Good Level of English
• Excellent communication skills and understanding of customers
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Absolute willingness to compete and win
• Integrity, responsibility and effective time management.
