Project Manager

SCYTALYS is currently looking for passionate Project Manager who will support the successful delivery of projects throughout the full lifecycle. Working under the guidance of program managers, the role contributes to planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting activities for software and hardware integrated systems, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of projects across all lifecycle phases.
• Ability to undertake individually small-scale delivery projects
• Tracking project health, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Prepare project status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Coordinate project team activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Communicate clearly with team members, leadership and development of trusted client relationships
• Contribute to Bid and Proposal activities (Pricing, SoW, WBS)
• Contribute to department continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• University Degree in Engineering, Information Technology.
• Master’s in Business Administation field, PMP or similar Certification would be considered an asset.
• 2+ years work experience in the delivery of projects.
• Exposure to software and hardware integrated systems projects (preferable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent English language skills.
