We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Groups Sales & Contracting Assistant to join our Commercial Department and support our Groups Sales & Contracting team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Groups Sales & Contracting team.
- Handle correspondence with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and other business partners.
- Assist in the preparation, distribution, and follow-up of group offers and quotations.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and organise electronic documentation.
- Monitor pending offers and ensure timely follow-up with clients and hotel teams.
- Coordinate communication between clients, hotels, reservations departments, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with contract preparation and document management.
- Update internal databases, reports, and tracking tools.
- Ensure all client requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Support the team in achieving commercial objectives and maintaining high service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, sales support, reservations, or administration will be considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of travel industry operations will be considered an advantage.
