We are looking for a commercially minded Credit Control & Business Analyst to join our Finance team. This is a varied role that combines ownership of credit control and accounts receivable with commercial analysis to support business performance and informed decision-making.

Working closely with Finance, Sales and business leaders, you will help improve working capital, manage customer credit risk and provide valuable financial insights that support profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer credit assessments, credit limits and payment terms.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable, DSO and cash collection performance.
• Partner with Sales to resolve overdue accounts and minimise credit risk.
• Analyse sales, margins and profitability to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare KPI reports, forecasts and management analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and automation.
  
  

About You

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Credit Control, Financial Analysis or Controlling.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Greek
• Experience with SAP and Power BI is an advantage.
