Receptionist

On behalf of our client, a luxury 5-star hotel located in Mykonos, Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an experienced Receptionist for the seasonal period.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys delivering exceptional guest service and working within a high-standard, international hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and special requirements.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
• Provide information regarding the hotel, restaurants, transportation, and local attractions.
• Take and relay guest messages accurately and promptly.
• Process payments and settle guest accounts by cash or credit card.
• Arrange taxi transfers, wake-up calls, and appointments when required.
• Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and assist in resolving issues.
• Maintain the reception area in a clean, organised, and presentable condition.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including health, safety, hygiene, and fire regulations.
• Perform any additional relevant duties assigned by the management team.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Receptionist in a 5-star hotel.
• Excellent command of English.
• Knowledge of Greek or any additional language will be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly, and guest-focused personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Good computer literacy.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle guest complaints with professionalism and discretion.
• Flexibility to work shifts during the seasonal period.
