Tech Pipeline focuses on identifying and fixing the specific points of friction that slow down business operations. We look at the actual logs and data flows to bridge the gap between the tools a company owns and the work they need to accomplish. As a Content Relevance Checker, you will help us maintain accuracy in these systems by verifying that automated data outputs match the operational reality.

About the role
In this role, you will address the problem of data drift in automated systems. AI and automated routing rules only remain effective if the information feeding them is accurate and grounded in fact. Many businesses struggle when their internal data becomes messy, leading to automated responses that do not make sense or routing rules that send tasks to the wrong teams. This part-time contract position is fully remote and requires a focus on finding the ground truth within complex sets of information.
You will act as a human check on the logic of automated processes. This involves looking at specific logs, comparing them against the expected outcome, and identifying where the system has failed to understand the context. This is not a role for high-level strategy or abstract frameworks: it is for someone who enjoys getting into the details of how a specific process works and ensuring every piece of data is in its right place. Your work will directly help our clients get their operations back on track by cleaning up backlogs and refining the rules that govern their daily tasks.

What you will be doing
  • Reviewing automated content and data outputs to ensure they align with technical documentation.
  • Comparing system logs against manual records to identify where data categorisation has failed.
  • Updating and clarifying Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on recurring errors you find in the system.
  • Checking the reconciliation of data between different software platforms to spot inconsistencies.
  • Identifying and documenting the specific logic gaps that cause routing rules to malfunction.
  • Sorting through backlogs of unrecognised data to help the engineering team build better filters.
  • Writing brief, clear reports on why certain pieces of content were marked as irrelevant or incorrect.
  • Working with the operations team to verify that the source of truth for a client project remains accurate.

What we need from you
  • A high level of comfort reading and interpreting detailed technical instructions or logs.
  • The ability to write in a clear, direct, and neutral tone when documenting findings.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to track multiple small tasks at once.
  • Basic digital literacy and a willingness to learn how different business tools and databases interact.
  • A logical mindset that can follow a step by step process to find the origin of an error.
  • Reliability in meeting part-time output targets while working in a fully remote environment.
  • The ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks that require high levels of accuracy.

Helpful background
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a role that required following strict rules.
  • Familiarity with basic spreadsheet functions in tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Exposure to how customer support tickets or business requests are categorised and handled.

What the role offers
  • The flexibility of a part-time schedule that fits around your other commitments.
  • Fully remote work that allows you to contribute from any location.
  • Competitive pay for an entry-level technical operations role.
  • Practical experience in the growing field of AI operations and data verification.
  • A direct look at the technical problems that real businesses face every day.
  • A professional environment that values your specific observations over corporate hierarchy.
  • The opportunity to develop a deep understanding of business logic and automated workflows.

Working at Tech Pipeline
Working at Tech Pipeline means focusing on what is actually happening in the system rather than what is written in a slide deck. We avoid the constant cycle of meetings and instead rely on thorough documentation and weekly updates to keep projects moving. Our team is dispersed and operates entirely through remote communication, which requires everyone to be clear and proactive in their writing. We do not stay with clients for years: we identify a specific friction point, build a solution, and ensure the team can run it on their own before we move on. This means our work is always concrete and centered on achieving a functional system that works as intended for the operators on the ground.
