Gerolymatos International S.A. is presently looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to support the global marketing operations for the launch and growth of a new product line across export markets.
The role will focus on supporting the preparation, coordination and roll-out of packaging materials and marketing tools for the launch phase, as well as providing ongoing marketing support to distribution partners across multiple international markets. The role reports to the International Marketing Director.
Main responsibilities
· Support the day-to-day marketing activities related to the launch and development of the product line.
· Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing plans for the introduction and growth of the new products.
· Coordinate the creation, adaptation, and distribution of marketing materials for export markets, including presentations, product information, promotional tools and customer support materials.
· Collaborate with external agencies, distributors, and internal teams to implement marketing initiatives.
· Support packaging and artwork development processes, working closely with external partners, creative agencies, regulatory and manufacturing teams ensuring timely execution, approvals, and version control.
· Support ongoing post-launch marketing activities across multiple markets, including updates of promotional materials, product information and market-specific support tools.
· Assist in the implementation of digital marketing activities and content development across digital channels including websites and social media
· Monitor competitors, market trends, and category developments in international markets.
· Support the coordination of international trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
· Maintain and update marketing databases, product information, and promotional materials.
Job Requirements
· achelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
· 2-3 years of experience in a marketing, export, or brand support role, preferably within OTC, Consumer Healthcare or Pharma.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
· Strong organizational and coordination skills.
· High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Proactive attitude, creativity, and eagerness to learn.
· Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
· Availability for occasional international travel.
