Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Product Developer to join our Product Strategy & Development team as part of our Fully Integrated Energy Utility Division based in Paiania.

By joining this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of innovative energy products and services. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform market insights and business requirements into customer-centric solutions, supporting the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy turning ideas into tangible offerings while contributing to the company's innovation journey and long-term growth.

Your role will encompass:

• Supports the end-to-end development of new products and services, from concept and design through implementation and launch.
• Translates business and customer needs into product requirements and functional specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Coordinates product development activities, including testing, validation and readiness for successful market launch.
• Assists in the preparation of business cases, product documentation and launch readiness activities.
• Monitors product performance after launch, analyzes customer feedback and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Researches market trends, customer needs and emerging technologies to support innovation and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Sciences or other relevant discipline.
• Master's degree in a related discipline will be considered an asset.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Development, Product Management, Business Development or related roles.
• Experience participating in the development and launch of products and services.
• Good understanding of product development methodologies and project delivery practices.
• Knowledge of customer journey and customer-centric product design principles.
• Awareness of emerging technologies and market trends, preferably within the energy sector.
• Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
