Required Profile & Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:

• Passion for the Sea
• A genuine love for cruising and caring for your vessel
• A legally recognized boating license (Motor Yachts and/or Sailing Yachts) compliant with Greek regulations
• Professionalism & Responsibility Strong safety awareness and operational discipline
• Team Spirit
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crew and land-based operations
• Adaptability Comfort managing navigation, guest interaction and operational tasks simultaneously
• Guest - Oriented Mindset
• Friendly, approachable, and confident personality with natural hospitality
• Professional appearance
• Clean, presentable, and respectful of brand standards
• Fluent English required
• Additional languages are considered a strong advantage
• Experience
• Previous experience in yachting, charters, or marina services is preferred but not mandatory
• Availability from May to October Additional Advantages: Familiarity with local waters EU citizenship or valid full-time work permit
