Junior Service Engineer

As a Junior Service Engineer, you will join our Service & Technical Department and contribute to the delivery of high-quality technical support for medical equipment ( such as Ventilators , Pacemakers , High Flow Devices, Infusion and Syringe Pumps etc). The successful candidate will be employed on a full-time basis and will be responsible for the timely and accurate execution of service activities, including corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, equipment installation, and technical support for a broad range of medical devices.

The Junior Service Engineer will ensure full compliance with all applicable Technical Instructions, Service Manuals, Manufacturer Guidelines, and Instrument Service Information Bulletins. Working alongside experienced Biomedical Engineers, the successful candidate will receive fully comprehensive training in equipment installation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance procedures.

The role requires a strong commitment to service quality, technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. The Junior Service Engineer will be expected to respond effectively to technical issues, maintain accurate service documentation, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's technical support services.

The position is based in Athens. However, occasional travel throughout Greece will be required to support customer installations, maintenance activities, and technical service interventions, according to operational requirements.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Degree from Department of Electronic Engineering or Biomedical Engineering or similar Department
• Very good computer skills
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Valid driver’s license (B class)
• Completed military service (for male candidates)
• Availability and Flexibility to travel within country and abroad
