Cove Paros 5* is seeking a Restaurant Manager for the upcoming season.

The ideal candidate excels in high-end service, team leadership, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations with consistent 5-star service.
  • Lead, train and supervise team members.
  • Oversee reservations, guest flow and service coordination.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef & F&B team.
  • Monitor budgeting, cost control and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in luxury hotels or fine dining.
  • Strong leadership & communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
