Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Dutch-language point of contact for customers of a globally recognised casualwear retail brand, handling enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and warmth.
• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with online orders, in-store purchase queries, product information, sizing guidance, and availability across both digital and physical retail channels.
• Manage returns, refunds, exchanges, and complaints in line with company policy, ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey throughout the retail experience.
• Navigate and update customer records accurately within CRM systems, maintaining a high standard of data integrity across all retail interactions.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams, following established protocols and keeping customers informed at every stage of the resolution process.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services, contributing to the brand's revenue targets and enhancing the overall retail customer experience.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — this is a non-negotiable requirement for all applicants.
• A valid EU passport or documentation confirming the legal right to work within the European Union is mandatory.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail support, or a client-facing environment — whether in online or offline retail settings — is strongly preferred.
