About the Role

The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of all public areas throughout the hotel. This role plays a vital part in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring an exceptional guest experience by consistently upholding the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the hotel's public areas, including corridors, lobby, public restrooms, and other common spaces.
• Ensure all public areas are kept clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
• Sanitize and regularly maintain high-traffic areas in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Work closely with the Housekeeping team to uphold the hotel's cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Perform other cleaning duties as required to support the hotel's daily operations.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of previous experience in a similar position within a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Fluency in Greek and a basic level of spoken English.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning practices, and hygiene standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude, professionalism, courtesy, and discretion.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to operational needs.
