### About us

We're a stealth-stage narrative studio. We make and grow **serialized vertical drama** — DramaBox / ReelShort / micro-drama-style short-form storytelling built to hook in three seconds and keep people bingeing. This is not brand content and not advertising. It's drama, cut for the vertical feed.

### The role

You own the *growth and packaging* of our short-form drama accounts — the strategy, the hooks, the publishing, the data. You'll launch accounts from zero, shape what gets made and how it's framed for the feed, and engineer the hooks and cliffhangers that make people watch to the end and come back for the next part. You work hand-in-hand with our editor, who handles the cutting — you bring the plan and the brief, she brings the craft. You're equal parts storyteller and analyst: strong instincts for dramatic pacing, and you live in the retention data to know exactly where viewers drop and why. This is an ownership role: you set the content strategy, you ship daily, and you're measured on results.

### What you'll do

• Launch, run, and grow multiple TikTok and Instagram accounts publishing serialized vertical drama from a standing start.
• Own the content strategy: what series we make, how episodes are structured, and how each one is hooked and packaged for the feed.
• Brief and direct our editor — hand off clear cut directions, hook requirements, and episode beats, then refine based on what the data says.
• Engineer 3-second hooks, episode cliffhangers, and series structures that drive completion, saves, shares, and return viewers.
• Natively publish at volume and manage posting cadence, captions, hooks, and community engagement to compound reach.
• Read the data daily — retention curves, drop-off points, completion, follower velocity — and rapidly iterate.
• Stay ahead of micro-drama trends, formats, audio, and algorithm shifts and translate them into our content fast.
  
  

### What we're looking for

• A demonstrable track record growing **serialized or episodic** short-form accounts — bring the accounts and the real numbers (retention, completion, followers gained). Brand ads, product promos, and UGC ad spots are **not** what we're hiring for; please don't send them.
• Native fluency in narrative short-form: you understand hooks, cliffhangers, dramatic pacing, and binge mechanics by instinct *and* by data.
• A sharp eye for packaging and direction — you can articulate exactly why a cut works and brief an editor to nail it, even though you're not the one cutting.
• Genuinely data-literate: you make calls from retention curves, not vibes.
• High output, high iteration speed — you'd rather ship 20 tests and learn than polish one.
• Fully self-directed in a remote setting.
  
  

### Nice to have

• Experience with vertical micro-drama specifically (DramaBox, ReelShort, GoodShort, or similar platforms).
• On-camera or talent-direction experience.
• Scriptwriting for serialized formats.
  
  

### Compensation

• Competitive base **plus** a performance bonus tied to growth milestones (follower and qualified-reach targets per account). We deliberately weight pay toward upside — make the accounts grow, earn more.
