Network Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Network Engineer to join our corporate environment in Koropi and support the network infrastructure that underpins our business-critical systems. This role is ideal for someone with strong practical experience in Cisco environments, a solid understanding of network operations, and the ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with remote, project, and production teams.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining reliable connectivity, supporting interventions and troubleshooting activities, and contributing to the stability and performance of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Network Infrastructure Deployment:

• Install, configure, and manage fibre cabling on Cisco network equipment;


• Perform rack and stack activities for network and server hardware;

Operational Support:

• Provide local assistance to remote teams during production incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining high service levels;


• Coordinate interventions and troubleshooting on Cisco equipment;

Project Collaboration:

• Work closely with project teams to deliver technical input and support during network-related initiatives;


• Monitor project activities, maintain autonomy in task execution, and report progress effectively;

Documentation & Compliance:

• Create and maintain accurate documentation of network architecture, policies, procedures, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role;


• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching);


• Familiarity with Cisco hardware and fibre cabling;


• Strong organizational and communication skills for coordination and reporting;


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;


• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail;


• Language proficiency:


• Greek: Excellent written and spoken proficiency - mandatory;


• English: Upper-intermediate written and spoken proficiency - mandatory.

Work conditions:

• Working hours: 40 working hours per week


• Contract type: Temporary contract - 6 months, with a possibility to extend


• Working setup (hybrid, on site, remote): 100% onsite
