Role & Responsibilities
As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your responsibilities will include:.
- Supervising and training kitchen staff to maintain excellence in culinary execution.
- Overseeing food preparation, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Managing kitchen inventory, ordering supplies
- Ensuring seamless service and timely dish preparation during peak hours.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain consistency in quality.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant professional training is preferred.
