Role & Responsibilities


As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your responsibilities will include:.



  • Supervising and training kitchen staff to maintain excellence in culinary execution.

  • Overseeing food preparation, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

  • Managing kitchen inventory, ordering supplies



  • Ensuring seamless service and timely dish preparation during peak hours.


What We Are Looking For



  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain consistency in quality.

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Culinary degree or relevant professional training is preferred.
