We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Regional Sales Manager to grow our customer base and support educators in their teaching goals.

The Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (distributors, ministries, schools, etc.)
• Identify new business opportunities and grow sales in your assigned territory
• Provide product recommendations and solutions tailored to customer needs
• Deliver product presentations and coordinate training support with our academic team
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, academic, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, educational publishing is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented with a commercial mindset
• Familiarity with the ELT sector or educational landscape
• Comfortable presenting to a range of stakeholders — from teachers to senior decision-makers
• Fluency in English, other languages (e.g. French, Spanish, Arabic) are a plus
• Willingness to travel within your assigned territory
