Export Operations & Documentation Officer

One of Greece's leading food export companies, based in Larissa, with export activity reaching dozens of countries worldwide. With modern production facilities and a strong presence in olives, aseptic and canned fruit (peach, apricot) and private-label products, we continue to grow internationally.

As part of our growth, we are looking for an Export Operations & Documentation Officer to take ownership of the full export documentation cycle and the customs procedures behind our shipments. If you are methodical, detail-oriented and comfortable dealing with customs and authorities, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, check and manage the full set of export documents: commercial invoices, packing lists, CMR consignment notes & Bills of Lading (B/L), certificates of origin, and health/phytosanitary certificates
• Manage customs clearance procedures and coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders and shipping lines
• Act as the company's point of contact with customs and governmental / regulatory authorities
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and the correct application of Incoterms
• Track shipments end-to-end and resolve documentation discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely, error-free document submission (including letters of credit / agreed payment terms)
• Liaise internally with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance to keep orders moving smoothly

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Excellent command of English (written & spoken) — a third language is a plus
• Strong PC literacy and proficiency in MS Office 365
• Good working knowledge of export documentation (invoice, packing list, CMR, B/L, certificates) and customs procedures
• 2-3 years of experience in EXPORT operations (experience in the food industry is a strong advantage)
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a deadline-driven mindset
• Team player with a proactive attitude
