This role brings together product thinking, customer engagement, and data awareness to shape how customers interact with the mobile app and the overall digital experience.
Owning the mobile app direction, the role acts as the connecting point between technology, marketing, CRM, and business teams, ensuring that priorities are translated into meaningful initiatives that improve how customers experience the brand through mobile.
With a strong focus on impact, the role drives alignment, clarity, and consistency across teams, while supporting the development of a mobile ecosystem that delivers value to both customers and the business in a structured and measurable way.

About The Role
This role brings together product thinking, customer engagement, and data awareness to shape how customers interact with the mobile app and the overall digital experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Mobile App Product Development
- Define and manage the mobile app product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs
- Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, internal stakeholders, and market insights
- Lead the development and enhancement of app features
- Collaborate with IT, UX/UI designers, developers, and external partners
- Own the mobile app release and version management process across iOS and Android
- Monitor app performance, user behaviour, and customer feedback
- Mobile App Adoption & Engagement
- Develop and execute initiatives to increase downloads, registrations, and active users
- Design and implement campaigns and features that drive usage frequency and retention
- Lead the execution of in-app personalization using behavioural and preference data
- Track and report on app performance indicators and growth metrics
- Own the go-to-market execution for mobile app initiatives
- Customer Consent
- Develop initiatives to increase customer opt-in rates for personalized communications
- Work with Marketing, CRM, and Legal teams to ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Optimize customer consent journeys across digital and physical channels
- Analytics & Performance Management
- Define and monitor KPIs related to app growth, engagement, and consent rates
- Use data and customer insights to identify opportunities and support decisions
- Prepare performance reports, presentations and recommendations for senior management
- Conduct market research and benchmark industry best practices
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s will be considered as a plus);
- 5+ years of experience in mobile or digital product management, preferably in customer-facing apps;
- Proven experience delivering and scaling mobile applications across iOS and Android;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Technology, UX/UI, Marketing, Analytics);
- Strong understanding of mobile ecosystems, user behavior, and app lifecycle management.
- Strong ability to connect business objectives with customer needs and drive them into tangible product outcomes;
- Data-driven mindset with experience in interpreting performance metrics and supporting decision-making;
- Solid understanding of mobile ecosystems (iOS/Android), user behavior, and digital journeys;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and align stakeholders;
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and drive clarity;
- Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and ability to execute in fast-paced environments.
