The Country Manager, Greece is responsible for driving sustainable growth and leadership in the Greek market.
This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of the Greek market strategy in alignment with the regional vision.
Reporting to the General Manager South & Eastern Europe, the holder of this position will lead a team of 120 people (90 in retail and 30 in support functions), including 5 CODIR direct reports (Marketing, Commercial, Retail, Finance & HR).

Missions
Job Responsibilities
- Commercial & Financial Leadership
- Manage the P&L and annual budget for the Greek market, implementing strategies to enhance profitability, optimize resource allocation, and achieve financial targets.
- Define and execute a comprehensive omnichannel distribution strategy to maximize market coverage and sales growth.
- Collaborate closely with the European Commercial team, spearheading commercial negotiations with key local retailers and business partners, optimizing trade terms and marketing support to drive revenue and ROI.
- Manage product availability through accurate forecasting and stock planning to fulfill local market needs.
- Analyze sales and financial results, identify KPIs, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure a strong understanding of target consumers, market dynamics, competitive landscape, strategic channels, and key customers.
- Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Lead the creation and execution of innovative 360° product launch and activation plans throughout the year, ensuring impactful execution and exceptional client experiences across all touchpoints (retail, digital, events…).
- Enhance brand awareness and visibility through media relations, digital marketing, and strategic influencer partnerships focusing on elevating brand desirability.
- Ensure consistent brand image, high-level visibility, and exemplary visual merchandising standards at all points of sale, overseeing the seamless execution of all permanent and temporary VM activations, in-store designs, and boutique concepts.
- Guarantee the effective implementation of retail education content and tools, provided by Central and Regional teams, including relevant and multi-channel training for all retail teams, to deliver a premium and uniform customer journey.
- Oversee CRM and clienteling initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty and retention.
- Team Leadership & People Development
- Lead the Greek organization, comprising a 120-person team (90 in retail and 30 in support functions), fostering an efficient, collaborative, and high-performing environment.
- Serve as a role model for people development, actively engaging in the growth and development of team members and ensuring succession planning.
- Empower team members through continuous feedback, coaching, and mentorship, aligning individual growth with organizational goals.
- Provide clear objectives, monitor results, and recognize performance, fostering a culture of accountability and customer-centricity.
- Stakeholder Management & Brand Ambassadorship
- Act as the Maison’s primary ambassador in the Greek market, cultivating strong relationships with key retailers, press, influencers, VIPs, and strategic partners.
- Maintain a solid, trustworthy collaboration with regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with frameworks and guidelines.
- Implement concrete action plans to embody the Maison’s core values and social commitments, ensuring alignment with the brand's ethical and sustainable practices.
- Stay alert to regulatory, economic, social and geopolitical factors impacting the business in Greece.

- Ideally, you would have 10-15 years of experience.
- You possess a strong and extensive sales & commercial expertise for at least 10 years; marketing expertise is a plus.
- Knowledge of the local Greek market would be highly appreciated.
