Tour Operations Specialist


We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Tour Operations Specialist to join our travel agency team. In this role, you will be the mastermind behind our travel packages, transforming raw logistics into seamless, unforgettable journeys for our clients.


Your primary responsibility will be designing, coordinating, and managing custom travel itineraries and group tours. This involves researching destinations, sourcing local suppliers, negotiating rates, and securing bookings for accommodations, transportation, and activities. You will act as the vital bridge between our agency, global vendors, and front-line travel consultants to ensure all trip logistics are flawless, cost-effective, and aligned with our quality standards.


Beyond creation, you will handle the technical side of travel operations. This includes managing booking systems, monitoring profit margins, preparing final travel documentation, and updating internal product databases. When unexpected travel disruptions occur, you will provide prompt, resourceful solutions to support clients and ensure their peace of mind.


Ideal Candidate Profile: The perfect fit for this role possesses a deep love for global travel, a sharp eye for detail, and exceptional organisational skills. You should have proven experience in the tourism sector, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with travel booking software. If you excel at multitasking under deadlines and pride yourself on creating perfect travel experiences, we want you on our team.

Minimum Requirements: 10 years of experience in the tourism industry and similar positions, fluent in English, multitasking abilities, knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook, powerpoint).
