Payroll Coordinator

A fast-growing organization is seeking to hire a Payroll Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and entry into the payroll system (hiring, termination etc.).


• Payroll administrative tasks (e.g. Employment Periodic Reviews and Payroll Taxes, agreement with accounting department etc.).


• Payroll reports and forecasts as required.


• Communication with competent governmental authorities.


• Collect documents required for hiring process as needed.


• Compliance with labor laws. Staying up to date and informing about changes in regulations.


• Implementing the Company’s Compensation & Benefits policy, and complying with GDP Regulations.


• Operating and process HR Information Systems, such as Pylon, Clock-in/Clock-out (Orometrisi), ERGANI etc.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.


• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.


• Excellent knowledge of HR information systems.


• Very good knowledge of employment laws.


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work in team settings.


• Ability to manage disputes.


• Organization and prioritization skills. Time management skills.


• Excellent knowledge of Excel.


• Ability to create and present accurate reports
