About the position

Red Berries manages a portfolio of short- and medium-term rental apartments throughout Athens. We're looking for a trustworthy, proactive person who keeps our operations and finances in order — someone who takes responsibility, keeps an eye on everything, and acts without waiting for instructions.

This is a part-time partnership in a freelance status (issuance of an invoice for the provision of services), with the prospect of expansion into full-time employment as the company grows.

What you will do

  • Track revenue, reconcile payments, and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records
  • Breakdown of expenses per property, collection of invoices and checking that nothing is missing
  • Paying bills and verifying that supplier charges match the agreed terms
  • Organization and archiving of real estate contracts, agreements and documents
  • Managing apartment listings: accuracy, correct pricing, availability
  • Proactive Monitoring and Price Adjustment
  • Support the accountant with deduction summaries and financial documents

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Excellent communication in English and Greek (written and spoken) — all internal communication is in English
  • Comfort with numbers, documents and digital tools
  • Possibility of issuing an invoice for the provision of services
  • Experience in operations, administration, property management or accounting is an advantage, not a requirement
