Role Overview:
As a Travel Customer Support Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers seeking assistance before, during, and after their trips. Through various digital communication channels, you will help travelers with reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and other travel-related requests, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional support via chat, email, and online platforms for a wide range of travel-related inquiries
- Assist customers with booking, modifying, and cancelling flights, accommodations, transportation services, and travel activities
- Offer accurate information regarding itineraries, travel policies, baggage regulations, and refund processes
- Support customers with payment inquiries, account-related issues, and loyalty program assistance
- Identify urgent travel disruptions, including delays, cancellations, or missed connections, and escalate cases when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and resolutions within internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective customer support
- Meet established service quality standards, productivity targets, and response-time objectives
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, company procedures, destination information, and digital support tools through ongoing training
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
