Facilities Maintenance Specialist (6242/FMS/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of building facilities and electromechanical systems.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Contact contractors, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Monitor critical systems, including BMS, UPS, fire protection, medical gases, and energy management systems.
• Conduct facility inspections and identify maintenance needs and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and technical standards.
• Prepare technical reports and updates for managements

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineering License.
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or technical operations.
• Good knowledge of electromechanical systems, BMS, UPS, fire protection, and energy systems.
• Experience in coordinating contractors and technical teams.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and monitor maintenance activities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, CMMS systems, and AutoCAD.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate work effectively.
• Good command of the English language.
