Your main purpose

Plan, organize and manage the full lifecycle of productions, including pre-production, on-site execution, and post-production delivery, and coordinate shooting schedules, availabilities, talent logistics and operational requirements with resort teams.

Ensure smooth on-site production flow by managing crews, suppliers, equipment and timelines, and anticipate operational challenges within resort environments and proactively provide solutions to avoid delays or disruption to guest experience.

Lead and oversee the full post-production for all photo and video productions, ensuring timely delivery and premium visual quality aligned with brand standards, including narrative structure development, motion graphics integration, visual effects execution, audio mixing, and colour grading supervision.

Manage relationships with external partners including production companies, photographers, videographers, stylists, casting agencies, creative studios, post-production vendors and specialist production suppliers, and handle negotiations, briefs, timelines and performance follow-ups.

Translate production needs into clear action plans and communicate priorities, deadlines, and resource requirements, and oversee production timelines and task tracking through project management tools while managing multiple overlapping productions by prioritizing resources, adjusting schedules and mitigating risks.

Manage production budgets, purchase orders, supplier payments, and cost tracking, support the creation and management of contracts and production agreements, and establish and maintain a trusted network of production partners, collaborators, and creative technologists.

What will you bring?

Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, Creative Industries, or a related field, and a Master’s degree in Production Management or Media Production will be considered a strong asset.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in production management, content production, or campaign execution, ideally within hospitality, travel or luxury brands.

Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) is considered an advantage.

Strong organizational, planning and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously, and ability to work effectively under pressure, adapt to changing priorities and manage overlapping timelines.

Proven experience in managing on-site photo and video shoots and coordinating cross-functional teams and external production partners.

Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is required, and knowledge of Spanish or additional languages will be considered a plus.
