Retail Sales Consultant

PAPADATOS SA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant for a full-time, on-site role at Intro Papadatos. The position focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the daily operation and presentation of the showroom. The ideal candidate combines professionalism, communication skills and a genuine interest in design and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a seamless and refined in-store experience
• Support sales consultants throughout the client journey and purchasing process
• Manage daily sales transactions and maintain organized records
• Handle client follow-ups and respond to inquiries with professionalism
• Contribute to showroom presentation, organization and visual standards
• Assist with inventory coordination and general operational tasks
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales objectives
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably within a premium or luxury environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, reliability and team-oriented mindset
• Interest in design, architecture and aesthetics
• Professional presence with attention to detail
• Fluency in English (additional languages are considered a plus)
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D design software will be considered an asset
