Overview
Intermix, part of TITAN Greece, a company producing and selling dry mortars, ETICS and other construction materials, has an exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Manager, based in Thessaloniki, with responsibility for the Thessaloniki and Chalkidiki markets. The role is responsible for driving commercial growth, strengthening market presence, leading customer relationships, and managing the regional Sales Engineers team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop the regional Sales Engineers team, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and customer focus.
• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across contractors, applicators, construction companies, technical offices, and distribution channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and strategic stakeholders within the construction industry.
• Monitor construction activity, market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer requirements to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support the sales team in managing major projects, technical requirements, and complex customer cases.
• Ensure effective territory management, customer coverage, and pipeline development across the region.
• Collaborate closely with technical, operations, and marketing teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and maximize business results.
• Drive the promotion and adoption of Intermix product portfolio and value proposition in the market.
• Analyze sales performance and market data, preparing forecasts, action plans, and recommendations to improve results.
• Represent Intermix at industry events, customer meetings, and business development initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with Intermix and TITAN's Health, Safety, Environmental, and Compliance standards.
Qualifications
• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within building materials, construction products, industrial products, or related sectors.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, building systems, and construction market dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and drive commercial growth.
• Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and results orientation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license.
• Completed military obligations.
