Plant Senior HR Business Partner (6243/PSHRBP/ESS/GR)


About the Role

The Plant Senior HR Business Partner will act as a key enabler of workforce and organizational priorities within a dynamic and highly complex industrial environment, partnering closely with site leadership to strengthen execution capability, enhance operational discipline and support sustainable performance. The role requires strong presence in day-to-day operations while contributing to capability building, leadership effectiveness and continuous improvement across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic HR partner to Plant Leadership, shaping and enabling the people and organizational agenda
  • Support effective management of employee relations, ensuring fairness, consistency and regulatory alignment
  • Maintain strong organizational presence and build trusted relationships across all employee levels
  • Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, guidance and development of people management effectiveness
  • Contribute to workforce planning and organizational alignment in line with operational priorities
  • Lead critical talent acquisition priorities for key operational and technical roles
  • Drive performance and talent processes, including identification and development of critical talent and succession pipelines
  • Enhance employee engagement and organizational culture through targeted initiatives and interventions
  • Provide workforce insights and analytics to support leadership decision-making and organizational effectiveness
  • Support transformation, continuous improvement and Health & Safety culture in collaboration with relevant stakeholders


Candidate Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline; Master’s degree will be considered an advantage
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including substantial exposure to HR Business Partner roles within industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership teams to shape and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, talent management, organizational development and workforce planning
  • Solid understanding of Greek labor legislation and HR compliance frameworks
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with HR systems and MS Office tools
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate workforce data into actionable business insights
  • High level of stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple organizational levels
  • Hands-on mindset with strong business acumen and ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced industrial environments
