Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

About The Role

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Security Supervisor to join our Security team. This role is responsible for supporting the daily security operations of the property, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests, residents, employees, and visitors. The Security Supervisor leads by example, promotes a culture of safety and vigilance, and works closely with operational departments to uphold the highest standards of security, service, and professionalism across the resort.

What You Will Do

• Supervise the daily operations of the Security Department, ensuring compliance with Four Seasons standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead, motivate, and support Security Officers, providing guidance, coaching, and ongoing training.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property, identifying potential risks and ensuring a safe environment for guests, employees, and visitors.
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, guest concerns, and security-related matters.
• Maintain a strong presence throughout the resort, building positive relationships with guests and colleagues while promoting a culture of safety and service.
• Assist with investigations, incident reporting, documentation, and follow-up actions as required.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures, fire safety protocols, drills, and security awareness initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with operational departments to ensure security measures support exceptional guest experiences while protecting company assets.
  
  

What You Bring

• Previous experience in a supervisory security role, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, health and safety regulations, and risk management practices.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and respond to operational requirements as needed.
