Public Affairs Manager

ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, one of the leading PR and communication agencies in Greece, is looking for a Public Affairs Manager to enhance their department.

Public Affairs Manager (6189/PAM/ESS/GR)

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the development and delivery of public affairs strategies to meet client objectives.
• Monitor and analyze political, policy, and regulatory developments at local, national, and international levels, providing actionable insights to clients.
• Draft briefing documents, policy papers, and communication materials tailored to stakeholders, including government bodies, regulators, and media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including policymakers, industry associations, and advocacy groups.
• Assist with organizing events, such as roundtables, briefings, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Conduct research to support new business proposals and pitch development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or a similar field
• Previous PR experience of at least 3 - 5 years.
• A strong understanding of political systems, public policy, and regulatory processes.
• An excellent communicator, with strong writing and presentation skills (Greek and English).
• Experience in public affairs, government relations, or a related field.
• Demonstrates exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• PC literate, proficient in MS Office.
