About the role:

As a member of our High Performance Computing (HPC) engineering team, you will contribute to the design and development of next generation HPC and cloud software technologies. We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled software engineer who can translate business requirements into highly scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact as part of a close knit, globally distributed team working on a widely deployed product. You will help optimize some of the world’s largest and most powerful computing systems, enabling solutions to complex problems that truly matter.

What you’ll bring:

• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python for Linux‑based application development
• Experience writing code optimized for scalability and performance
• Working knowledge of bash scripting
• Strong debugging skills using tools such as GDB and Valgrind
• Experience designing multi‑process or multi‑threaded applications
• Solid computer science fundamentals with a deep understanding of system and architecture concepts
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑enabled development techniques to enhance productivity and accelerate delivery
  
  

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Windows application development experience
• Proficiency in the Go programming language
• Experience with client/server architecture development
• API development experience using REST and GraphQL
• Familiarity with modern authentication protocols such as OAuth2 and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• Experience building and deploying solutions using container runtimes (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Proven ability to deploy and manage highly available applications on Kubernetes

Compensation & Benefits

The primary location for this opportunity is Greece. The applicable salary range for this location is:

€32,100 – €64,200 (Greece)

This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
