We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our elite team in Athens. If you are passionate about driving measurable results, optimizing campaigns, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our clients' paid advertising success. You will manage Google Ads and Social Media Ads (Meta, TikTok) accounts, create detailed media plans, and leverage data to maximize ROI. You will also take charge of marketing automation platforms like Leadoo and Salesmanago for select clients.

• Campaign Management: Structure, launch, and manage precisely targeted Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax) and Social Media ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok).
• Optimization: Manage bids and budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Develop and test ad copy and creative variations to optimize click-through and conversion rates.
• Marketing Automation: Set up and manage marketing automation workflows using Leadoo and Salesmanago.
• Strategy & Planning: Create detailed media plans and tailored digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals and budgets.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and prepare comprehensive live reports via Looker Studio.
• Client Communication: Participate in client consultations to understand their needs, present campaign results, and provide strategic recommendations.
  

• Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager. Familiarity with Leadoo and Salesmanago is a strong plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
• AI Integration: Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to integrate them into daily workflows for efficiency and optimization.
• Language: Native Greek speaker (required for local market campaigns) with excellent proficiency in English.
• Location: Must reside in Greece and be able to work on-site at our Ilioupoli office.
