Customer Service Agent / Car Rental Software

Wheelsys, a Greek software company serving over 130 countries in the mobility industry is looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to be based at our offices in Iraklion, Athens, Greece.

About the Role

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, in-office position where you’ll play a critical role in supporting our international client base and ensuring a seamless experience with the Wheels Car Rental System.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and ticketing system


• Delivering training and onboarding sessions to new users


• Testing and validating new features and product updates


• Collaborating closely with customers to help them maximize value from our platform

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in the car rental industry


• Experience using Wheels Car Rental System is a major plus


• Previous exposure to the travel industry is a bonus


• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities


• A customer-first attitude and collaborative mindset
