Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will support the day-to-day operational, administrative and reporting activities of the AIFM and the investment funds under management. The role requires close interaction with investors, administrators, custodians, auditors, accountants, legal advisors and portfolio companies, ensuring the smooth execution of fund operations and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate capital calls, distributions, fund expenses and payment processes.


• Monitor fund bank accounts and cash movements.


• Support fund administration, investor reporting and regulatory filings.


• Coordinate communications with investors and external service providers.


• Assist with the onboarding and operational management of portfolio investments.


• Support vendor oversight and operational control processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.


• 5–7 years of experience in asset management, fund administration, banking, audit or financial services.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Excellent command of Greek and English.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
