Healthcare Sales Representative Thessaloniki


A Leading Pharmaceutical Company, committed to enhancing the well-being of patients and consumers through innovative health solutions, is seeking a Healthcare Sales/Medical Representative to join our dynamic team. Our diverse product portfolio includes medicines, over-the-counter (OTC) products, supplements, and personal care items.


We are looking for a results-driven and enthusiastic Sales/Medical Representative who can effectively deliver scientific and commercial information about our products to Healthcare Professionals. The key responsibility of this role is to drive dynamic sales growth and enhance brand awareness for our high-quality and innovative product range.


Target Market: Hospitals, Pharmacies, Health Care Providers, and Mass Markets
Employment Type: Full-Time


Responsibilities



  • Drive sales growth by promoting our innovative product portfolio and achieving set targets.

  • Effectively present and communicate the commercial and scientific value of our products to key market stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, healthcare providers, and mass market partners.

  • Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic plans to expand market presence.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, or a related field (essential)

  • MBA or Postgraduate Studies (beneficial)

  • Fluency in Greek and English (both written and verbal)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships

  • Solid business understanding and acumen

  • Analytical thinking and ability to synthesize data

  • High level of integrity, learning agility, and continuous development mindset

  • Proactive in formulating and executing strategic plans aligned with business objectives
