Junior Sportsbook Analyst

We are looking for a passionate and curious Junior Sportsbook Analyst to join our Sportsbook team. This is an entry-level role that combines sportsbook monitoring, data analysis, and product support. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves sports, enjoys working with numbers, and wants to build a long-term career in the sports betting industry.

You will work closely with experienced traders and gain hands-on exposure to sportsbook operations, trading, analytics, product development, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor sportsbook events, markets, odds, and betting activity across multiple sports and competitions


• Assist in risk management and liability monitoring


• Analyze betting patterns, customer activity, and sportsbook performance metrics


• Identify unusual or suspicious betting activity and escalate when required


• Support the creation and maintenance of sportsbook promotions and campaigns


• Perform quality assurance checks on sportsbook products, features, and markets


• Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and promotions and provide actionable insights


• Prepare reports and analyses to support team decision-making


• Collaborate with Product, CRM, Marketing, BI, and Customer Support teams on strategic initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for sports and genuine interest in how sports betting works


• Good numerical and analytical skills — comfortable working with data and drawing conclusions


• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment


• Good computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems quickly


• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset


• Good command of English, both written and spoken


• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and major sporting events — shifts are structured and communicated in advance

Nice to Have

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field


• Previous experience in sports betting, gaming, finance, or a data-related role


• Basic familiarity with data tools or spreadsheets beyond standard use


• Understanding of betting markets, odds, and probability
