Asset Manager – Retail NPL Portfolios

Are you ready to take ownership of Retail NPL portfolios and create real financial impact?

We’re seeking a results-driven Asset Manager with strong negotiation abilities and solid analytical skills to drive recoveries, deliver restructuring solutions, and maximize portfolio performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Borrower Negotiations: Work directly with borrowers to design sustainable repayment and restructuring solutions that balance business goals with borrower needs.

• Prepare Recovery Proposals: Develop and present tailored restructuring and workout strategies to investment committees and senior stakeholders.

• Oversee Retail NPL Portfolios: Monitor and manage diverse retail non-performing loan portfolios, identifying opportunities for restructuring,recovery, and long-term value creation.

• Manage Legal Auctions: Coordinate and oversee the auction process for distressed assets, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks and achieving optimal recovery outcomes.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 4+ years of proven success in retail NPL portfolio management, with expertise in restructuring, recovery, and enforcement.

• Skills & Competencies:

o Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

o Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks around NPLs and auctions

o Proficiency in MS Office

o Fluency in English (written and spoken)
