Your main purpose
Supplier Research & Engagement: Identify new suppliers and products, negotiate terms, and communicate findings to stakeholders
Procurement & Negotiation: Secure advantageous pricing and rebate conditions through skilled negotiation
Order Management: Execute product/service ordering processes in line with managerial requests
Market Analysis & Supplier Visits: Keep aware of market trends through regular supplier engagements
ERP System Updates: Accurately introduce new products into the ERP system with detailed information
Invoice Reconciliation: Collaborate with the Accounts Payable department to ensure efficient invoice processing and timely supplier payments
What will you bring?
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or hospitality
At least 2 years of experience in purchasing F&B products
Skilled in the use of Procurement ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrated understanding of procurement processes and negotiation techniques
Proactive and resolutive person. Fluent in English.
Experience overseeing Operational Expenditure budgets
