About the role

Τhe ENA Athletics store staff member is a key part of the marketing team, owning the customer experience in our retail stores.

They are responsible for engaging and connecting with our guests, sharing top-quality product education, and speaking authentically about our community and culture.  Our retail staff will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s reputation and fostering a loyal running community in Greece.

We’re looking for someone who can bring authenticity, empathy, and the ability to build genuine connections and has a background in sports or running, with personal experience as an athlete to enhance credibility and understanding of the community’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationships

• Interact with guests to ensure a great experience in a manner that values guests’ time

• Assess customer needs to provide personalised, effective purchase and return solutions and support

• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of Ena’s products.  

• Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with customers and attend to their needs.

• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and “make it right” for customers or future customers. 

Retail environment

• Perform product presentation tasks (e.g., put items back in place, restock or add depleted items to the floor from inventory, destock or relocate items) according to company standards. 


• Use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive customer experiences.


• Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain the premium environment of the store.


• Understand and adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.


• Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

• Your personal experience as an athlete will enhance your credibility and understanding of the community’s needs.


• Stay updated: Keep up with industry trends, running technology and culture


• Attend running events: Participate in races and attend industry conferences to network and learn.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located 

• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to associated Greek legislative requirements

• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays


• Experience: 2+ years in retail environment


• Empathy, passion, learning agility and positivity
