About the Role

As a Bartender, you will be at the heart of One&Only’s elevated bar experience, crafting exceptional cocktails and beverages while delivering impeccable service. You will create a vibrant yet refined atmosphere for guests, ensuring every drink served reflects precision, creativity, and the highest luxury standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with creativity and precision
• Provide personalized recommendations and engage guests with expert knowledge of mixology, wines, and premium spirits
• Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar at all times
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless and memorable bar experience
• Work closely with the restaurant and service teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
• Handle guest requests, preferences, and special beverage requirements with warmth and professionalism
• Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards while adhering to One&Only’s luxury hospitality guidelines
• Stay up to date with industry trends, innovative mixology techniques, and beverage pairings
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Skills, Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or high-end bar
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology techniques, wine pairings, and premium spirits
• A passion for delivering elevated and innovative beverage experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused approach
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment
• Well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Greek, French, or Italian) are a plus
• Certification in bartending, mixology, or WSET (Wine & Spirits Education Trust) is highly desirable
