Junior Credit Control & Treasury Assistant

Scope:

The Junior Credit Control Assistant will support the Finance team in daily operational tasks related to customer credit management, collections, cash monitoring and payment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer accounts by checking agreements, updating records and supporting credit limit reviews.


• Track collections and overdue balances, assist with payment follow‑ups and maintain accurate customer data.


• Enter and verify prices/discounts in the ERP system in collaboration with Sales.


• Prepare regular reports on collections, overdue items and cash‑related information.


• Support daily cash monitoring, including updating cash flow and cash positioning files.


• Prepare payment files and e‑banking instructions under supervision.


• Communicate with banks for simple operational matters (confirmations, account details, charges).


• Assist in cash forecasting by gathering and entering required data.


• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting and other teams to resolve daily operational issues.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field.


• 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Credit Control or Treasury.


• Good understanding of basic accounting and finance principles.


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.


• Strong communication and teamwork skills.


• Organized, detail‑oriented, analytical and eager to learn.


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
